What is 449th GTFO Training Sortie

I’ll be putting together a training sortie ferrying from one airfield to another. Flight will include the following with heavy emphasis on communication.
Sortie pre brief
Get everyone setup on SRS/discord and do the appropriate checks and confirmations
Startup/taxi/takeoff procedures
Light formation to the mid route tanker including (tacan navigation)
AAR procedures
Dumb Bomb practice (each individual will have a designated target MGRS practice)
Possibly TOT practice but might cover that some other time
Holding pattern/ wingman coverage practice
FPAS management
Landing checklist and landing procedure practice
Post brief
