**Virtual Carrier Air Wing 7 Is looking for F18/F14/AV-8B Pilots (And RIO’s)**

**Who are we?**
*We are a Milsim DCS group that currently simulates Carrier Air Wing 7 (CVW 7). We simulate a lot of procedures with the most realism we can, and have a vast training program. We don't go around calling people sir, but besides that, we are very exigent into having knowledgeable pilots that will focus in the training to understand and execute Navy procedures/doctrines, tactics as well as using proper phraseology and a good level of organization.*

*VF-103 “Jolly Rogers" (F14B)*
*VFA-136 “Knight Hawks" (F/A-18C)*
*VMA-231 "Ace of Spades" (AV-8B N/A)*
*TW-1 "Training Air wing One" (T45's, F-14s, F18)*

**What do we Provide**
*We provide a wide array of training material based on real CNATRA and NATOPS for procedure realism, a 24/7 server, liveries, custom kneeboards as well as extensive training program*

**What is our schedule?**

*General Saturday Ops : Starts 19:00 EST (7PM)*

*In CVW each squadron has their separate training time that can be found on our discord, and on Saturday at 7Pm EST the whole air wing flies OPS together, such as deployments and etc*
