Operations can now be linked to AOC Tools projects

In your operations editor you can now select the AOC Tools project that the operation refers to.

In your operations editor you can now select the AOC Tools project that the operation refers to. This is a new optional feature that allows users registered to an operation but that are not members of the hosting group to open the operation on the Mission Planner (planner.combinedops.org).
