MB-339 update, TOLD and DTC

TOLD and DTC are now available for DCS: MB-339

TOLD and DTC are now available for DCS: MB-339.

The DTC feature at this moment allows to create a flight plan with waypoints properties and to download the file that will be loaded by DCS World. Additional GPS points will be available on next updates.
